  • Customers may stockpile orders for a maximum of 7 days (1 week).
  • Within this period, you must either:
    • Pick up your order, or
    • Request delivery through our “Deliver My Order” service.
  • Orders not collected or delivered within 7 days will be resold. The value will be kept as store credit, which must be used within 30 days (1 month).
  • After 30 days, both the goods and money are forfeited. We will not issue refunds or accept claims.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines may vary by location and logistics partners.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Goods once sold are not returnable or refundable, except in cases of defect or wrong item sent.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
